By accessing or using FinancialCheq's platform and services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
FinancialCheq provides a financial wellness platform that employers offer to their employees as a benefit. The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate personalised financial education reports based on information provided by employees through our intake form. The Service is intended for educational purposes only.
FinancialCheq is a financial education tool, not a financial advisory service. Nothing on this platform constitutes personalised financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, or legal advice. Users should consult qualified professionals before making significant financial decisions.
Employers who offer FinancialCheq as a benefit are responsible for communicating the nature of the service to their employees, including that it is an educational tool and not a substitute for professional financial advice. Employers may not access individual employee assessment data.
Employees use the Service on a voluntary basis. The financial information they provide is used solely to generate their personalised report. Employees are responsible for the accuracy of information they provide.
All content, software, and technology underlying the Service is owned by FinancialCheq LLC. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.
FinancialCheq LLC shall not be liable for any financial decisions made based on the Service's output. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service in the three months preceding any claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
