We bill per active employee per month. You choose annual (at $8/employee/month) or monthly (at $10/employee/month). No minimum commitments on the monthly plan.

What counts as an active employee?

Any employee who has access to the enrollment link. We don't charge per report generated — just per employee enrolled in the program.

Can employees use it more than once?

Yes — employees can complete a new assessment any time their situation changes. Many employers run it quarterly or annually as part of open enrollment season.

Do employees pay anything?

Never. FinancialCheq is purchased by the employer as a benefit. Employees always get access for free — the report, the action plan, all of it.

What does IT integration look like?

There is none. You share a link with your team. That's the entire setup. No SSO, no HRIS connection, no data feeds required — by design.
